Please arrive on time or a few minutes early for your appointment. Late arrivals do not constitute for extended service time.

We require 24-hour notice for changes or cancellations. Our system sends out confirmation text messages which you can reply Confirm or Cancel. In order to protect our staff, we will ask you for your credit card information to hold appointment times after 2 no show or last minute cancelations. We do have a waiting list, if we are able to fill the service time for the tech no charges will occur. If we are unable to fill a service a 50% fee of service will be applied to your card.

No show appointments or cancellations not made within 12 hours are subject to 50% of scheduled services. Please know that our technicians have set aside this time especially for you.
